The Northeast Customer Service Committee was formed as a non-profit networking organization in 1979 by a group of insurance professionals in the northeastern United States.

With a focus on helping member companies deliver exceptional service to its customers, the Committee provides a networking forum for insurance service professionals to engage one another to problem solve, discuss best practices and stay abreast of industry trends.

  • Establish industry relationships and open lines of communication
  • Engage in active discussion on a variety of industry related topics, including, but not limited to regulation, technology, methodology, service delivery, quality, productivity, workflow and overall operations.
  • Create opportunities for industry education by hosting regular committee meetings and workshops.  The meetings provide forums for guest speakers, presentations by member company representatives and an open exchange of ideas.
